1. General Philosophy
At Polaim, we strive to build high-quality digital tools and services. Because our products are digital goods and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
Subject to the conditions below, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of our SaaS subscriptions and digital goods. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your original purchase, you may request a refund by contacting sa@polaim.com.
3. Strict Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)
To prevent abuse of our digital services, refunds will be strictly denied under the following circumstances:
- Credits Used: If you have consumed AI generation credits, processing time, or API calls associated with your purchased tier.
- Digital Goods Downloaded: If the purchase is a downloadable asset (e.g., templates, scripts) and the system logs show the file has been accessed or downloaded.
- Renewals: Refunds do not apply to automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email sa@polaim.com with your receipt and the email address used for the purchase. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
