By accessing or using the services provided by Polaim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal activities, unauthorized automated scraping, or to distribute malicious software.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or digital product, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and designs provided through our Services remain the exclusive property of Polaim. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Poland.
